The fashion industry is responsible for 8% of carbon emissions and less than 11% of brands are implementing recycling strategies for their items. Maria’s archive sale provides a more sustainable way to shop and ensures none of these beautiful clothes and accessories go to waste.
Maria's friends and family want to celebrate and contribute to two of her favourite charities. Centrepoint helps homeless young people aged 16-25, and aims to end youth homelessness in the UK. Maria was a great mentor and champion of all people getting a good start which is why Centrepoint.org is such an important cause.
Maria’s archive sale will also be supporting the Pancreatic Cancer UK Charity. In her personal life she had direct experience of the devastation Pancreatic Cancer can reap, so supporting a charity with the aim of tackling this horrid disease was dear to her heart.
The two British charities we are supporting will receive all the money from this sale. So every pound you spend will go to one of these great organisations that help so many people.
Centrepoint helps homeless young people aged 16-25, and aim to end youth homelessness in the UK.
We’re here to help people affected by pancreatic cancer make sense of their diagnosis and guide and support them every step of the way.
